pretty dress! it all depends on what ur hair looks like normally. if it is curly u may want to straighten it for a change and suprise people, and if it is straight you may want to curl it! i have straight hair and personally love to curl it. if ur hair usually looks better up, then i would maybe braid it? just an idea. hope that helps at all

I doubt they would have that specifically, though it might be taught as part of a broader dance class.

Try usadance.org - they have local chapters in most states with lists of ballroom dance studios in the area. Even if one isn't in your area, dance studios know each other as well as private teachers / coaches that may not be listed, so call whoever's closest and ask for recommendations. You also might try a local university - they often have ballroom dance classes and the teacher will likely know other teachers / classes in the area that may be more age appropriate.
